before you hard reset go to file manager
scroll down to 'backup' press option and backup all including files, contact, settings etc......back may take several minutes so be patient

then do hard reset with *#7370#

after your phone has rebooted completely
go back to ur 'file manager' select backup again. Press option and 'restore backup'

you will now have enough phone memory
to make ur phone run smoothly

ALTERNATIVELY
go to ur 'software update' and open it(ur network data rates apply)
you will one of the new application made by nokia called 'organiser' download it and run the app
it automatically helps to move system files in the phone to the memory card.

When i opening web application suddenly application closed automaticly somebody told me that hard reset can solved this problem so please tell me is this a right sloution ?

for those that want to download SPB shell go to www.mobile9.com search for 'spb shell' in the gallery,,,,,then register and download,all free.....it is that easy

it simply re-invents your n97, makes it look like android
