Guys i got bad news that really worried me about the phone


the audio quality!! there has been a full forum about it on the samsung website : http://innovator.samsungmobile...=1&curPage=1

and there has been this awful sound quality video test : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQrDwL7JJQM

now lets look at audio from the old n95 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...1e2Z8&fmt=18

can you guys see the major differences??

please samsung fix this in a firmware update.. i want this phone so badly.. but now i'm starting to doubt it..

i mean.. its main feature is hd and if they cant do it well.. then why get it...

i agree with one of the other posts. nokia has truly gone down hill. ive owned 2 nokias and both broke. now ive owned 3 LG. all are of the highest quality. i had 5800 xpress and its nothing but crap plastic. LG and SAMSUNG use excellent quality for construction. My wife(vietnamese) uses nothing but samsung phones. Me(american) i use LG. we both have tmobile, but we use unlocked phones. She has Samsung Pixxon and i have LG Renoir.But now i want THIS phone. i live in so-cal USA and i dont want some stupid nokia n97. because most all nokia is cheap stupid plastic. smasung and lg so much better build quality. BTW, anyone know how much this will be in US dollars?

To prove it, someone has proven the concept by getting multi touch on his google g1. but either this phone is going to be nice, i just wish my touch hd has drivers for the 3d graphics. if it did it would be a monster ><

Samsung's choice of audio specs (AMR at 8kHz 16bit) is such a downer. HD video with low end audio...where's the sense?

Looks like this phone is on the brink of being released. I had a look at the dummy model the other day in the Orange shop (Which they had in the back). Its rather large, but absolutely stunning! That screen is gonna be amazing. Phones 4 U also have all the P.O.S in but looks like Orange are going to get it first. I reckon we may be seeing this released next week. Expect to pay £45 per month though. The Nokia N97 is so underpowered compared to this!
