omg!! neither have I. and this phone is amazing! the battery life does suck, but like tha other dude said, it lasts on one or two bars and goes on for an eternity! txting on this phone is great! everything about this phone is almost perfect...

just convert the files to the ipod format that is the one that works trust me it's working for me

I think it depends on frame size, video format, etc....of the video I've downloaded several videos. Some will play fine and some will not.
