still why this phone only hs this restart problem?

i've been with G 502 for one year and the fastest phone i ever saw is this because i use blue FTP and three other browsers running on simultaneously with music player playing music and i still be on gaming.all apps run in background not idle***.good battery stand by and every one thinks and has a misunderstanding that it restarts often but what i have noted keenly is it restarts only if u r using the phone under 20%percent battery. and i assure u that it is to add up the reserved energy for longer usage and not for anything else and i also have 78 games and 40 apps installed on my phone but then i could not find a single report that it hangs up

even after viewing review after review highlighting the problem of restarting, it is a wonder there is still no solution offered for same. or is there one which i have not seen suggested. sometime back somedbody gave a solution explaining software version for update.recently i too updated , but unfortunatly the problem continues.can anybody help?

Ive been with G502 for 6 months, it works perfectly, bt the probles is that it restart frequently, smetimes it restart while am on a call and it irritates me.. Hw cme S.E released ths phne to the world b4 comfirming its perfomance? True tha phne shud restart bt not like the way G502 does. Like 3 or 4 times a day

Hey guys, I've been using this phone for almost 2 years.
I thought I was the only one with the restarting problem, but now I realized it seems to be the global...my phone sometimes restarts even 2-3 times a day, and it can be really annoying...and then a couple of days it works perfectly normal and then here we go all over again.... Besides that, I like g 502, if only that problem can be solved...:-\

i'm using g502 past 7months,in that 7 months 3times i gave the handset for service for the problem is suddenly it will restart. 1st time servicer re-install the software n gave after few days same prob occur then i went n gave, they changed the mother board n gave then it was alright for few months again new prob started while opening the camera it starts to restart automatically.....now its fine

Emailing, messaging,calling, browsing, chatting, streaming is no problemo. Great for a little satan.
Fast as hell with HSDPA service.

My recomendation..never buy sony erricson specially G502

Please stop using this phone and use bin to dump it.

i am heavy user 1000 calls a day. it is such a big irritant and start multiple times, being a tech guy i have done all latest upgrades and stuff..no resolution.

mobile phone is working is good but the painting on the panel is removed with in short period of time .Try to control it.features and battery pick upare very good.

Mobil was working good but its main problem it restarts frequently when given for service it works good for ten days and again problem occurs only drawback

company.. i don't think so... or if company is going to do that then they are going to charge extra.. which i cant bare.... you know what i collected a money for 4 years to get a good mobile.. and after all that what i got. sony ericsson G-502.
its been 5 month .. up till now i deent face any prob. with my cell phone...

NOTE:Now what u have to do before u go to service center. 1. Delete all third part software, music, game, videos. and even wap history.. that's really help full... hai!! do give me the feedback..what happen at service center.. Dont Forget
