pur later in 2009,there is problem reg battery,some says battery is fine ,somone says software to be changed,some one told there is nothing prblm,

upgrade ur firmware to R1FA037 or R1FB001 for better performance. never restart after upgrade :) look ur fw on settings>update service>software version

Nice phone........ but only prob is restarting, otherwise photo clarity, battery backup and internet speed is gud. In last 2 years i got software prob in one time....

Guys I am Using G502 since 2 year... It is the best instrument i had ever used.... I play games.. Hear music.. .. All most every Jar. format is supported in this model... picture Quality is Osum..
NO Restart, NO hanging U[p till now.. .. This is my first cell Phone i have bought and this would be my last one...... My advice Go for it..Just buy it

am using this mobile for 2yrs, bt till date i have never ever experienced any trouble with it.....some says it hangs and restart bt for me naaaaahhhhhhhhh...!!!!!!

the best mobile at a very low cost......gud to buy gud yo use

i have the phone & it often HANGS. so i suggest you not to buy the product tho the phone is handy and nice.

hey guyz why keep saying there is problem like restarting huh..
dont you all feel something very special on this huh..
i bought my friend(G502) three times..two times it lost..hey you mess with this mobile and should bear the restart problem for the wonderful mobile..
