A great little phone with many positive and suprising features such as a camera light and a terrific equalizer in the Mp3 player. Also having some games etc loaded is a terrific touch. The phone is great to use, has a very clear display and the keyboard when at first looks seems a little different (keys being in rows) is clear and precise to use when dialling and writing SMS messages. Battery life is good and the camera quality is positively suprising for a 2 megapixel unit. All in all a great phone that also looks terrific, something that one can expect from Sony Ericsson.

I bought this phone yesterday and some missing options as compare to NOKIA
#Zoom option is not available with still image photo also quality of picture/video is not good.
#You can not make the phone silent for incoming calls
#You can not set the time period for automatic phone lock
#For me hands free channel button was not working.
I will check further for another options and update it here ...
Overall I am not satisfied with this phone.Since I bought it for my home use so its OK...but if you are buying this phone for camera and music than I will say better to go with any other model.
Only advantage of this phone is it has rich look and somehow good sound outtput.

I was so excited to purcase this phone but with the comments made on this website, I've decided not to.
I've never seen so many complaints about a handset and what's worse is that in SA, it's the World Cup featured phone...
I'm really disappointed. I never expected Sony Ericson to be synonymoius with problematic phones...

Actually its not a very bad phone yet the only problem is that it doesn't connect with the net as well as it doesn't support some files
