well are you from the philippines? the worst thing could happen is, they will replace the entire motherboard and retain the housing of your T700, they dont replace the unit.

I do have the same problem. it hung i think 5 or 6 times and to make it work again you have to remove the battery first then put it in again. My phone did had another problem, the volume key was not working. I brought it to a sony ericsson service ce...
