phone hardware is good, but the software is unstable. i deleted the opera mini, now i cannot access to my games folder or application folder. cannot even install a game or a application.

i had this phone for 2 long years filled with crashes, water and alot of talking on the phone and never had a problem with it. It's old but good. Great phone to have .

i had this phone for about a year and a half, it's true that not using the pc suite affects its software making it restart randomly, the battery if formated correctly will last 3 to 4 days, it's reliable i even dropped mine in water then dried it and it was fine just that the mic was less sensitive and had to use the handsfree all the time....

It's true, it's loud spk sound is not good bt it's headset sound is better then some kind of nokia's this categories set. It's camera quality ofcourse better then nokia. And it's vedio quality and video's sound quality is awsome and almost nokia 'N' series. It's stand by time 3days. Music playback time 14hours. Video play back time 6h. It's support flash theme 4.6 version. And support any kind of java,jar, 3d 176*220size game.(all hints r checkd)

I have this phone for almost 2 years. Very good and fast. but avoid using USB mass storage because it will make ur phone restart randomly. Install a sony errcison PC suite and transfer data through that. I droped it like a 100 times and still works perfectly fine. The case is very resistent no scratches.

The Sony Ericsson V640i is a very good phone in certain fields. Music is a good part of the phone but it drains the battery somewhat else. When I got this phone i wasdpleased at the volume of the ringing and media player but it has been very slow to start up and has a maximum battery period of 3 days (in my experience)

overall it isn't that bad a phone but could do with some inproving

ithink that this phone has the worest battery in the world stand by time in music use just2 houres and talk time from full charge is 1.5houre my macine is new but the battery is very bad i want to bay new one but its verey expensive
