The CPU's speed of this cellphone is very interesting, but the size of the phone is too big. It is so wide and it won't fit in the pocket. I would rather like it with the smaller screen size such as 3.5 inch.

I have great news for Toshiba fans!!!!!

I saw the next smartphones, the TG-02, TG-03, K1, K2 and L01 smartphones! The TG-02 has 4.1 inch WVGA screen, is waterproof, has 1 GHZ Procesor, 3.2 MP camera, Windows Mobile 6.5
The TG-03 will have Windows Mobile 6.5, 4.1 inch screen, 1 GHZ Processor, the camera will be 5 Megapixel(is true).
The K1 will have QWERTY keypad, 1GHZ Procesor, 4.1 inch screen, Windows Mobile 6.5, 3.2 Megapixel camera.
The K2 model will have 3.5 inch screen, 1 GHZ Procesor, 3.2 Megapixel cam.Windows Mobile 6.5.
And the L01 is the most interesting phone, coz will have 7 inch screen, 1 GHZ Procesor, Windows Mobile 6.5!

I read from the makers of the snapdragon chip used in the TG01 is conpatible with both windows and linux OS which means you can install the Android OS on it if you don't like windows Mobile Pro 6.1 that comes with it.

Hmm. Multimedia oriented and No RDS Radio? And only 1000 mAh to feed 1 GHz? Maybe even not a 3.5mm jack?

Nice but it will probably be overpriced. I'm still going to get the small and fugly but feature packed Nokia E55/E52 instead.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-05-06 19:01 from P5s1 - click to readThat may happen when they stop churning out handset after handset..They should concentrate on what public ask for and bring out handsets bugless as possible,,i think what your saying is you want good old style PDA functions with fone attached to send/recive info..I like the whole package but only nokia smartfones do that plus big video recording but far off from perfect.

However, I do agree with your opinion 100%. It seems as they make phones suited for their liking and not the consumers, but I guess they'll never take consumers' opinions and wants.

Yep, Windows Mobile is totally substandard. I dont know what bill gates is playing at. I think they all use Android at Windows so they havent figured out the problems with the software they create.
Toshiba TG01, HTC Touch Pro 2 are all ruined by Windows.
Nokia N97 is already looking dated as they are always behind the pack in these things.
Samsung Omina HD is the most exciting phone out there but without the qwerty keyboard it is hard to beleive it will really suit the hardcore email/texters and users of office mobile, which includes me. I never really use my phone for calling, only for texts, emails, and internet browsing and mobile word for printing market notes. Therefore my options for a decent mobile to fulfill all these requirements is pretty limited. N97 or HTC Touch Pro really but I hate the Windows OS. Always hangs. So slow. So dull looking. I also find the resistive touchscreen sluggish. These mobile manufacturers really are not bringing any innovations to the market place now and more focussing on multimedia sets. Whereas there is a huge business mobile market. But it seems you cant have it all, style, substance, build quality, ease of use and full feature pack. When will they make a phone that does. And when will they make a touchscren phone that is really useable for texters and emailers and typers???

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-04-25 06:17 from P%Ka - click to readWinMo has got to be the most sluggish defunct piece of OS out there, just like their PC software, buggy and unreliable. It is a true shame to see all these beautiful and innovative phones going to waste because of such a terrible OS...

This phone just goes to show that even with a whopping 1ghz processor windows mobile can still ruin a device! WinMo=Failure
