This phone is no good. We have been having problems with it since we bought it & NOBODY cares. The guy that sold it to us says its a Alcatel problem. Alcatel website will not let you search for this phone or anwser any questions about this phone. Great duck & weave manuver. Do not buy this phone

Hey, i bought this mobile phone last monday and i can say that the comments about the battery is true, it is easily drained. But i installed an application in the market, a battery saver and it works, the camera is dark but you can adjust the brightness. I love this phone actually, it is an "all-around" smartphone. I have access to the android market and the keyboard is nicely made. The touchscreen is responsive actually.

Camera: 6/10
Internet: 9/10
Battery: 5/10
touchscreen: 8/10
everything: 7/10

I am following up my comment the other day with the same warning about this phone. It should not even be sold on the market in any country and no body should have the displeasure to use this phone. I would never ever recommend this piece of "technology" some might call it to anybody on the planet we live on. It was not worth the money that I myself paid for it. I really really want to buy a new phone but this is only the second year of my phone contract and cannot get a new phone until next year. But, when I do get a new phone I will never buy an alcatel phone again. I would just get the Droid Razr or another phone that would actually be worth the money to buy. Never in my entire life have I come across a phone worse than this in the touchscreen world. I would never ever recommend this phone to anybody in the entire planet Earth. Even if Osama or Hitler was alive I wouldn't even recommend it to them. This phone is by far the worst phone on the planet and probably in the solar system or the milky way. People would be ready to grab this phone and throw it away. Again I would never recommend this phone to anybody ever. People need phones for many reasons. For business calls or texts, or even just for the pleasure that a touchscreen phone brings to people. But, if you're going to get a touchscreen for a lot of money that sucks at what it does then buy this phone. Otherwise just spend your money on something useful. Thanks for giving me a piece of crap phone. Thanks for listening.

This phone is an atrosity. I have had this phone for a little over 2 years now and I am constantly having problems. For starters it turns off when I open it. Also it breaks easy and is not worth the money or time to get it fixed. Doesn't hold battery worth anything. I would never recommend this phone to anybody not even for a joke. This phone sucks at every aspect of a phone I have ever seen in my entire life. I will never like to use this phone even if it was fixed. Alcatel is really trying to ush people off the edge with this crappy little phone that people are supposed to use for pleasure and for business. Again, i would never even recommend this phone to anybody. Even if it was somekind of sick joke that people thought was going to be funny in the end. I recommend if you're going to get a phone. Actually spend some money on it for productivity and usage. Nobody should ever have to live with using this phone. It is by far the worst phone I have ever come in contact with and will continue to be the worst touchscreen phone ever made by man. Please don't by this phone.

sound unfunction, will make you miss call and during
talking counterparty can't hearing your voice.

for me.. its user friendly based on my experienced as a 3 years user of this phone.. the battery still lasts up to 2-3days using call and text.. 1 day if your going to use its wifi and games.. the touchscreen is very responsive.. my games are angry birds, fruit ninja, texttwist, chess, plants vs. zombies and etc... so i really dont have any conflicts using the phone..
i think the problems that the users of this phone encounter depends on their usage.. because ive been using mine for about 3yrs. now and so far, ive never had problems regarding it..

this phone is the rubbish!!! i can not stand this phone the sound stop working and the touchscreen stop working!!! it look nice but no good i would never recommend this phone to anyone.

i am outraged :(

this phone is flashy for nothing! nonsense phone... the touch functionality disables after a few hours of usage and its WIFI

how can a brand new phone work for three hours and go off never to switch on again. This phone is a disaster. ALCATEL should do something about those who have wasted their hard earned money to purchase this phone to save face or rather goodwill

This mobile phone have Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair) if i want to update to another version like Android OS V2.3.4 must be a Eclair version or i can use a Froyo or Gingerbread?

the battery is poor. i have to charge it everyday... sometimes i can not receive text messages... cannot use the other features... it sucks!

i just got this phone and one i charge it and it lasts for like two seconds! how do i get my messages to vibrate when i get them not beep

Definitely the worst phone I be ever used.... hands down no question. Touch screen unresponsive, didn't receive text messages, switched networks constantly, speaker phone worked only after a minute after the initial phone call, alarm clock is difficult shut off, and much more tweeks. Wouldnt pay 5 bucks for this nightmare phone. Have upgraded to LG optimus 2 x and love it. Worth every penny

Love it's basic android interface. Enjoyed customizing the interface. The battery can last up to three days with airplane mode on... Funny thing is that the phone hates a low memory card and apps fill the card real fast.
