> In reply to Tsai Tsing Wai @ 2009-03-07 11:52 from Ui$d - click to readI work for Rogers and advising that people use Googlemaps on their phone is ludacris unless they have a 2 to 3 gig service they will be charged huge. With googlemaps you must load EVERY detail, if you want to change the view again you have to reload the entire picture. If people are looking for a expensive phone bill for looking up a tiny little map be my guest, but I don't think it's worth it. If you need to find your way that bad go buy a map. It will save you money in the long run if you don't have GPS. Also, GPS isn't free on the phone, you have to upload it to your system and then you have to pay $10 a month to your service provider (That's the Rogers cost anyways). Hope this helps keep your phone bill managable. CHEERS

> In reply to Lydia @ 2009-04-15 04:57 from iS5b - click to readThere is a new application by BlackBerry called the Media Sync Manager... available for both Mac and Windows. Goto the Downloads section of the BlackBerry site, you will find it. happy uploading :D

Oh please do lookup 'help' (the question mark icon in BB Operating System)if you want to read instructions on how to do things with it. It is very concise and explains it all also goes online to the site if you allow it to to fetch you an answer :)

Which I downloaded in nov 2008 after I got my Bold. It was amazing after the first OD upgrade. best of luck... I'm buying one of these next week :D

Bb take 4ever to start . and 4get about just plug in and turn on if your battery drains . You have to let it charge 4 atleast and half and hour before it will be able to boot. If u want a real smartphone than go 4 symbian or win mobi . bb is expensive compared to other phones with the same functions .

Curve 8900 has an little Edge over Flip 8220.

-Large screen size and pixel
-large Storage memory
-Processor
-GPS

Curve 8900 and Flip 8220 have same BlackBerry OS.
All other Specs are same.
But the price of Flip 8220 is cheaper than Curve 8900.

Flip Screen size 240 x 320 pixels, 2.3 inches.

Same processor used in Flip like BlackBerry 8320 Curve etc. Atleast has 32-bit Intel XScale PXA272 416 MHz processor.

I think it is not a bad phone at all. Stylish flip and BlackBerry OS is good but not to compare with user friendly Symbian and WINMO Smartphones.

Please answer about following questions:

1. How to send all contacts from my Samsung to Flip using Bluetooth option?

2. How to enable Flash sites in Web Browsing?

3. How to make E-mail accounts using GPRS/EDGE without BlackBerry service? It is expensive.

4. How to download applications in memory card?
