Have owned one for several months now.
I have tried to like it - It promises a lot.

In reality it's rubbish. See other comments below.
Thanks goodness I didn't pay for it (was a loan/gift)
The user interface has hard-keys, soft-keys, touch-screen, stylus, qwerty keyboard.
Each of these devices is flawed in own way or another : carrying out a simple workflow on the phone will have you desparately switching among all five input methods, as the phone slows, the screen ceases to respond or the whole phone just crashes.

> In reply to TC @ 2010-03-31 17:05 from uCkA - click to readCongrats on your purchase. But if you have the 1.00.03 ROM installed, I strongly advise to upgrade to 1.00.05. it only takes 5 minutes. It makes a whole lot of difference.

Upgrade the ROM from the HP website. it really makes the phone better. especially with the battery. mine holds for 30-35 hours with normal use(= 2-3 hour talking, texting, wifi, gps, etc)
