Had mine for 2 years and am now thinking of a replacement, but with what? I like the slightly quirky look of this phone, build quality is spot on and I'm finding it hard to imagine owning anything else, Samsung and Sonys look cheap and plastic, current HTC's look boring,Nokias too, and Apple, well that's a bit like joining a club and having to follow their rules, and truth be told the club isn't even very exclusive (those little glass blocks with their slightly smug owners are everywhere)Now up pops the new Razr, very reasonable spec, well built, odd looking, a new take on the UI, could be the one for me

I just received my phone and I am very disappointed I didn't look more before getting it. Pictures are very important to me since I don't like to lug around a camera. This phone does not have a flash for pictures. You also can not adust the brightness or properties after the picture is taken. I played with the camera enough to know that the picture you want to take is not the picture taken. There is a HUGE lag after you take your shot. I am hoping I can return and exchange it already.

I have not seen it from front but what I can see from its picture, it seems me that it would be little uncomfortable to carry it on due to its design(little bent in the lower part)
Have any body felt this, I mean putting it into your jeans pocket while walking etc.?

I've had this phone almost 2 years and to be honest, it's a pretty decent phone for what I paid. I got it used for 200gbp(pounds) on eBay UK. I had it rooted and installed a custom ROM (I use VillainROM 2.1 Eclair) and it runs smooth as punch. I also overclocked the CPU using Antutu so instead of the stock speed of 500something mhz, I usually have it set to On-Demand, idling at around 510Mhz and maxing out at 724Mhz. This keeps sense nice and snappy, apps load without a hitch. The battery life on it, if you're using Mobile Data, is horrendous. Using the stock battery I am lucky to get a full 6-7 hours of light usage out of it. Using an extended battery I have had up to 26 hours, it was 1550mAh. It's survived a fall down a flight of concrete steps, with only a marginal scratch along the top of the metal frame. Screen is mint after heavy daily usage. Only complaint is low RAM, but it's an old device. These are great to play around with!! I highly reccomend them

First of all, this phone is heavily outdated so don't expect any updates.
Second it's the best phone I've ever had. After rooting procedure you can install whatever ROM you desire. Even the latest sense ROMs are starting to be very usable and have all the features working. Probably the best buy I've ever had.

Awesome phone when i got it, has gotten slow, but still works fine. Unfortunately only supports android 2.1 so no apps to SD :(
I'll just have to wait to upgrade to the newest or the Desire HD, I don't think I could leave HTC or Android ever. No problems like Blackberry and I just hate apple so that takes away iphones.

Can anybody tell me, whether indroid applications can be installed in card or they are only associated with internal memory

Recommend not to get it. Awful battery life. Making it they the day with this phone is accomplishment. Internal memory is too low. Phone is very slow. Just an awful experience and the reason why I'm leaving android. They pump out so many phones there is no guarantee you will ever get the next update and what will happen if you do. Like the last update deleted the factory installed applications on it. Had to do a factory reset to get them back and I wasn't the only one. This phone will never see another update in its life either.
