for those of you who are complaining and nit picking about this phone i don't think you understand that this a cheap phone. i personally got mine for $29. of course it's not going to be as good as an iphone or something but not everyone can afford an iphone so the u8300 is the cheap equivelent of the iphone ok. it's not meant to be stunning or breath taking, it is what it is nothing more nothing less.

Low performance on touch-screen (resistive) and battery (+3.5 hours of 3G connection in Indonesia doing app-trials and browsing). But hey, i can still experience Android 2.1 w/ good Qwerty keys & unique grip design.
Adequate function & progressive style at a CHEAP price.

I still cannot find what's wrong with this phone when we bought it is no problem only 1 day used is allready got problem with the battery and already change the new battery and now the phone when is charging is very hot. Also the after sales of this huawei is very disappointing in Jakarta also the saler is carrefour in mangga2square in jakarta also terrible. So my opinion for this phone is very not worthy of money and everything u only cam used this phone less than a week

This phone is cheap, but still not worth the money. Startup is veeerrrryyyyy sssslllllooooooowwwwwww! Battery life is minimal - often going flat in one day without even using the phone. Support (in Australia) is lousy. I complained about battery life and all I got were useless suggestions. I am going to get rid of it and buy something that works properly. Anybody want mine for $50?
