My U8500 is automatically restarts everytime.So it seems not stable.The service technician tried to update the software,but the problem still exist.What is the reason.....?

I have this phone for about 8 month now, it is very very very slow responding that you can give order and drink one cup of tea and come back to respond
the battary works for not less than 4 h
the internal memory is very small to have your apps on

gp crystal 2.1 rooted easily by z4root but when this upgrade to 2.2.2 .. not worked. any solution for root in 2.2 version of gp crystal?
