has anyone seen that if you download files in mp4 format, then you do not get them as videos but you get the sound instead? you will find your mp4 files where your music is in your phone. it only supports 3gp video files. anyone experienced this? Als...

Send it back to the vendor. I had the same problem and the replacement worked fine.
