This phone is good for texting and telephoning....
Because those features are what this phone have...
No other special features except the flashlight.

what is a better phone? this Nokia 1280 or this Nokia 1202 please help me i can't think of what to tell my parents to buy for me.

It is good phone. It is cheap also. It can work around 2 years without any complains.

I like this phone very much, i had an Iphone and got sick of it so i got this because of all its features. It has great battery life and an amazing camera! awesome for only 30 bucks!

People here always complain the voice leakage problem of 1202. However, don't forget when Nokia first introduce its 'first smallest phone 8210', it also has the same problem too. Why people don't complaint with that huh ?

This is the phone I'm using until now. Simple and reliable phone. Very long battery life. Good drop resistance. Flashlight is handy. Very small, sleek and light. Still want to use this phone til I graduate from school but the only problem is the keypad. It's starting to get really worn out. It's getting very loose but it's due to age I guess. I recommend this for those looking for a simple and straight forward phone or just the types who use phones for call and text and have another device for media and what nots. Looking to upgrade to a better phone soon but this phone has been a great companion to me. Great phone.

i bought it due to it's low price before a year. the battery gradually "faded". now it is not lasting more than 20 hours. When I am using it the nearby persons can hear my conversation. Bad phone.

this is my second phone, i use nokia E63 also. its a no-nonsense phone. Efficient in making calls and typing msgs. and thats all i need. Kudos to this cell!

I've been using this phone for 2years straight and hell yes i'm still using it now for calling and texting.

Honestly? This phone is the best phone i've ever come across other than the Nokia handsets i've used so far which is the Nokia 5130, c5, x3 and x6 which kept hanging all the time! My x6 touch was messed up and after turning it off and turning it back on in two months the problem wasnt there anymore. Word?

Anyway Nokia 1202 is as it is - simple. Achieving 50words per minute, this baby has a simple user interface. Calling is pretty easy and it's pretty convenient for rough use. That is you can drop it how much you want. It'll still work!
