It's amazing how I came across this page.. this was probably the first smartphone (if you can call it at present) I ever laid my hands on.. I think it was 5-6 years ago.. It was the last phone I used with a stylus.. I started using iPhones after that.. Until recently that I switched my iPhone 4 for Galaxy Note.. And voila once again I have started using the stylus (oops, s pen).. thank you o2, without you, present smartphones would probably not exist! :-)

hi frnds,,,,
have xda mini 2 s,it often hang and i have to remove battery ,,to start it again,,, its processing speed also has decreased,,sometym it automaticaly switch off,, can any one tel me to resolve problem,,,,

> In reply to dess121 @ 2010-08-26 06:44 from 25IX - click to readas i have notice, almost O2 xda iis has a problem with its time. sometimes you need to reset it, or, even if you are going to change it from time to time it will always be not accurate. when the battery becomes too low, take note of it...the time will going to change and it will not accurate again.

Settings
Go to Connections Tab
Tap Connections Icon
Go to Advanced Tab
Select Networks
On Programs that automatically connect to the internet
Tap New
Enter MyGlobe Internet Settings as the name
Tap Modem Tab
Select New
Put in Globe Internet as the name
Choose Cellular Line GPRS as the modem
On the access point name put:
internet.globe.com.ph (for prepaid accounts, use: http.globe.com.ph)
Tap next
Leave the username, password, and domain blank
Tap Finish
MMS Setup
Tap Start
Settings
Go to Connections Tab
Tap Connections Icon
Go to Advanced Tab
Select Networks
On Programs that automatically connect to the internet
Tap New
Enter MyGlobe MMS Settings as the name
Tap Modem Tab
Select New
Put in Globe MMS as the name
Choose Cellular Line GPRS as the modem
On the access point name put:
mms.globe.com.ph
Tap next
Leave the username, password, and domain blank
Tap Finish
*dont forget to put MyGlobe Internet back on the drop down menu for Programs that automatically connect to the internet
Tap Start
Go to Messaging
Tap SMS \ MMS
Compose an MMS (so mms configuration can be accessed)
o Tap New
o MMS
o Insert a picture
Tap Menu
Go to Options
MMS Options
Go To Servers Tab
Tap New
Server name: Globe MMS
Gateway: 192.40.100.20
Port number: 9201
Server address: http://192.40.100.22:10021/mmsc
Connect via: choose MyGlobe MMS Settings
Sending size limitation: 100k
WAP Version: WAP 1.2
Tap Done
Tap OK
E-Mail Client Settings
Tap Start
Go to Messaging
Tap Menu
New Email Account
Enter E-mail Address
Tap Next
Tap Skip then Next
Your Email Provider Select Internet e-mail press next
Your name: (enter your name)
Account display name: (enter your preferred display name)
Incoming mail server: (enter your ISPs incoming mail server
Account type (POP3 or IMAP4)
Username: (enter your username)
Password: (enter your password
Click on save password
Outgoing (SMTP) server: mail.globenet.com.ph
Leave Outgoing server requires authentication unchecked
Automatic Send/ Receive: Manually
Click Finish

WOW! I hav this one at home.Bought at mid 2006 and used it until early 2010.Great performance,great style.One of the BEST pda O2 ever made!!!
