I bought this phone from Carphone Warehouse about a month ago .. Havent had any problems with it. Excellent phone if you ask me! :) Nice one SAGEM x

Headphones should have come with the phone when you purchased it .. Try the website again! That's the only advice i can give you.

I have an aditinional memory card but still i can't accept bigger files.I think that the problem is in the phone software if i am wrong correct me.

please i wanna buy this phone it looks good at the shop i want to buy it. It costs 50 euros but i wanna know if its simlokc free and if you can buy simlock free on sagem website because i heard that from my friend that got that phone to :D it look good for the price and its nice i tried it from my friend but i need to know if its simlock free please say yes :]

Why my phone can't accept some bigger files for an example if i sent a song on my phone the phone just cut the song where ever hi likes and cant accept the all song:( PLEASE if u have any idea just post it here or mail me ----trajkovt@gmail.com----- THANKS

just got this phone looks good for the money its worth
every penny if you just want a basic phone got a 2 gb card in mine whole set up less than £30 what can you say

The picture is real. The phone is really posh and has a good price for its specifications. From the 1st of December 2008 Orange has this phone on offer in Romania. The price is 50 Euros, but the phone is locked in the Orange network.

myself and my partner got one each for the money is an ace phone we got bluetooth for our pc as this was easyer than finding leads only problem is finding games as no mobile sites has it in there list which is annoying even this site when ordering a game has this model missing :-(
