Samsung B7610 OmniaPRO - user opinions and reviews

On bottom of specs is written: voice memo/dial and in review: no voice dial. Does Windows Mobile based smartphones support voice dialing/commands or not? I can't find voice memo/dial on my Xperia X1.

What functions does the i8000 have that B7610 doesn't have? I think to choose between the two, you just have to decide what form factor you want (ie whether you need a QWERTY keyboard or not).
