have had mine fixed twice in 4 months...now i am told it is not repairable due to rust internally...maybe some one could enlighten me what rusts in a phone..it has not been wet....try a new brand...my nokia lasted for years..

True, you can't lock the keypad, however if you go into 'settings' 'security' 'Privacy Lock' you can lock chosen applications, like messages, files, contacts etc, and then you have to enter a password to access them.
