My phone screen touch is totally not working since 6 months. I try my level best to get repair didnt get the proper place to give for repair please help me.I try to do hard reset even though its not working.

download a Apollo tool and with this download the OS in English from acer.uk site and then run the Apollo tool by connecting your phone via data cable go to download screen on acer (press and hold the camera button and then reset the phone without releasing the camera button and the black screen will come (waiting for download...)and then run the tool on your PC in c:/ drive or local drive and save the OS in your local drive also the tool will automatically pick up the OS and it will install the OS in your phone (clean boot) once it's done it'll ask to boot the phone and then you'll get the windows screen in English and continue setting the phone as per your choice :)

Touchscreen is not impressive at all. Infact, screen becomes non-responsive at times.
