My screen touch is not working and i can't get one to buy here in Ghana so how do get to buy or repair the screen touch.pls help me

just format the phone... shutdown the phone... then hold answer button + power on + increase volume.. 100% working

This is the worst worst phone I ever came across with.It doesn't allow me to make phone calls nor even read the messages.Please dont ever go with.It doesnt offer Bluetooth, WIFI blah blah.options.Even cheap Nokia cell phones give that.My biggest buying disaster!

its the worest phone i bought its very very bad the bluetooth not working and no voicein it and when i went to service center told methe cost of repaired 200
$ same price i burchs it and i eimale acer and not replay i recommanded dont buy this phone never

you will face a lot of error
at lease "dead air" most of time will not be able to hear your caller i have this issue "2 times every 5 calls"
beside it is slow and i don't know i think they tried to make a phone with a lot of options and low price and they failed.
