I personaly.think acer should stick to laptops I've had my liquid express 16 months now and its gad to go in repair twice for not turning on its always crashing I've got a 8gig mem card and fone always says memery full don't connect to wifi very often I think its rubbish thumbs down acer

i love this phone its my spare. but a couple of niggles. this would of been awesome having had a 1ghz cpu. and stock android. orange bloatware really makes it lag. also poultry ram. so you need to put all apps on memory as you soon run out. even with a few apps on the phone. other than that i love it.

i had really bad decision to buy this phone.phone it self all right but no picture quality and top of the very little storage.

this is the worse phone i have ever used keeps saying low memory been back to the shop twice lost all my contacts photos music because they have put it back to factory settings goes for about three months then back to low memory rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor! The only think I can think of it!
My Acer liquid express doesn't connect to internet. Went twice to the shop for repairing it and twice came back as before with no internet connection! Dreadful! now I've only the bin for it!

Instead of anyone telling me this, they sent me an entirely new phone! This is my third brand new version of this phone since I first got it last November and thought I would have to send it back again, but everything seems to be working now. Hope it doesn't happen again now as factory restore is a bit inconvenient.

good spec phone. extremly poor back up from orange,very poor battery life. much difficulty texting, phone very delicate easily damaged.No hard case option. Orange did cure ring once how I dont know? they also increased volume. Cant allocate ring tones to text contacts grrr! cant get rid of pre installed useless apps. contract restricts phone from roaming outside the uk with out paying a kings ransom. I am looking to change it to pay as you go with out restrictions, may be I can get more out of it
good points very good camera/cambcorder.Mobile internet very useful when travelling in UK.Wifi very useful, navigation also useful when I got lost in London. Any one with answers to my difficulties please reply

My acer liquid express is a good phone although it does smash extremely easily and cost £70 to repair , i just repaired it last week and about 3 days ago everything started to "Force Close" normally if this happens i turn the phone on and off again and its fine but i turned it off and now it will not turn back on it goes on to the orange startup sequence were there is like fireworks and then the orange box pops up, and then repeats that until it runs out of battery , i don't know if its a virus because i downloaded something off a sight im not to sure about but i have Virus Protection , Please Help , Thank You

this is one of the worst smart phones ever though the design and the concept o.k, (not extra ordinary) two days in use,extremely low battery life, keypad is very small and map navigation is very bad. my major problem is the operating system now is that the phone has ceased working completely, before it reported that the android operating system has stop working, and gave me an option to report the problem to Acer which i did, it later prompted again which i sent the report but to no avail, this continued for several occasions, today being the fifth day of using this phone, it has stopped working completely and i don't know how to revive the phone. someone help, the phone cannot boot or start at all.

This is the most un-user friendly phone I've ever had.
There are no instructions for it's so-called wonderful uses. I too, suffer from this 'once-only ring' syndrome- so I miss almost all incoming calls which means that I have to incur the costs of calling people back. I have no idea how to transfer my photos to computer. Why can't they give you a booklet of how to use the thing? or have a site where you can access all users' information?? No one ever thought of that I suppose!
