HD2 is much more better in Hardware/Software.
Check HD2 Hardware:
RAM, Display Size, MultiTouch,GPRS/EDGE class,Radio
HD2 Software:
HTC Sense UI, Upgradable WM7, xda-developers "support"
HTC vs Acer;
HTC have release much more WM phone compare to Acer, so.
so, buying a good phone not only read on the spec...

Does this phone have Internal GPS?
cause in other websites just say it has A-GPS

Simply wonderful. HTC can only clean his shoes. The HTC are almost always bad and unreliable. Almost always Htc care centers do not recognize the problems in warranty, at least in Italy. Acer is certainly another story.
