My phone has just freeze, is it perharps the software that has got the problem. The people where I purchase the phone said that I should not use the internet so much because it will come to that point where it will freeze. How can I or will I deal with it. I did switch it off and on again 3 times but its still the same.

I need your response as soon as possible because I really cannot live without my phone.
