Dear "Unknown", thanks for the answer. I think I will buy rather an infra port to my PC than the USB kit...
Have you heard any rumors about a 735 "Second Edition" (736?) with Java support?

no the camera is very bad even in any time
and the color is very poor ,but the phone is very nice only camera that i didn't like it

Yeah, you can do everything with the infra and the software. But you can't download pictures or ringtones from another phone (that function's blocked).

I have a question for you: Is it possible to upload/download pictures through the infra port? Is the infra port able to do everything that the USB data cable does? THX

How much cost alcatel ot735 in yours contries?Because at my contry alcatel ot735 cost under $220 dollars.

It's not official yet. http://www.mobile-review.com/r...736/pic1.jpg You can view 5 more pics by changing the number in the file name: pic2.jpg, pic 3 jpg, etc. And you can't download games from the net, only from Wap even in 736. :( A software update will be avaliable for the older ones, cus only the sw had changed. But don't become mad at me if it's not 100 % true, there's nothing about it in the official site. :)

There are 3 menu types what you can use: big icons (only one visible, it's like Nokia), normal (the selected one's in the middle, and the half of the prvious and the next are visible) or all icons in one page (only small pictures). So it does Nokia, Sony-Ericsson and Siemens menu at the same time. :) The sw what you can download for free from the Alcatel site will convert the wav or mp3 files to amr what the phone can play. And in January an upgraded version will be avaliable with a more logical menu structure and java support.

iam going to but alcatel 735 after 3 days and i wan't to know if there's another software to upgrade for that phone?,because i don't like the normal menu type,and i like the menu like nokia phones(icons type) and sonny ericsson

Than you've never seen nor the 525 or the 735. The 535/735 has a sperate loudspeeker on the back for the ringtones and the hands-free mode. And it has an EXCELLENT quality. And from January Alcatel'll start to sell an improved version of the 735 with a new interface and with Java-support instead of in-fusio. Software upgrade probably'll be avaliable.
