My phone appears to be locked. It's asking for Network key? beneath the bar it shows SOS. What does that mean?

i have this fone and i find it quite easy to use eventhough it can just limit the usage to txtin,callin and games.

How can I add minutes? I bought a safelink refill card but having difficulty loading it. Is there a specific type of card for alcatel phones?
