I had an Alcatel 300, It need a "network key" ? What can i do ?

I had an Alcatel 300,it barely served me 2yrs ,reasons I could not receive or make calls and it came a time when it went off and when I took it to the distributor he told me the battery was in good condition but the phone was broken and could not be repaired.I love alcatels and right now I own Alcatel 525 and I love it so much but I'm still afraid that maybe it will break down just like the other one.Please if you can advice me on what to do about the Alcatel 300, I give it to someone who is less fortunate.

My alcatel One touch 300 came from Germany, It was used for only three months and my mom sent to me here in the philippines. But there is a problem occuring, the phone is locked. When I opened it Sim lock key Or network key is displayed in the lcd. What can I do? Can it still be fixed?. My mom says she don't know what it is. Your immediate reply is a great help. Thanks!

Hello All
I'm facing a problem with my Alcatel One Touch 300. Off late it is switching off automatically even though the battery level is full. When the phone is switched on after start up it goes off imdiately. I even changed the battery, for a month there was no problem but now the same problem has again started. Any help... Ill be gratefull

phone ok for every day use but it's a shame that the phone pad wears away!! where can i purchase another pad from, anybody know??

302 is a beauty. The only sore point is the small display. Otherwise, this is a wonderful handset to have, affordable, good looking and feature-packed.

no one seems to know what is the second menu about!
could u help me at least with the first menu, the 1 activated with 000000*!?
there are a bunch of numbers, & I presume that every single one of them means smth.
