Does this phone has voice memo and voice recognition like 511? Here, at the specifications sais that it does, but on the Alcatel site it's not mentioned.

i think that the alcatel 311 is a smart little phone but i think that it should be easier to find composable ringtones for it.

In Lithuania OT 311 costs only 11$!But you have to make an agreement with your operator for a 2 years.I am gonna buy it today,it is too cheap !

i think alcatel one touch 311 is a really good phone but i wish in the next phone they make they should let u keep more than one composed ring tone on ur phone.
