This is the best phone, Alcatel ever made and all subsequent phones that they have produced, e.g. the 320 are a shadow of the 311. I think Alcatel should stop improving the 311 and just stick to it coz after purchasing their 320, I regret ever being loyal to the company.

i will start by appreciating the good things you have impacted into the communication world, i will like to download a customised ringtone but can't do it on my own, so i will the like the producers to send a ringtone to my phone. my imei 332286534156769 version 103 00,please i will be expecting it thanks
