I like this phone (alcatel 311) but I would like to tell you that my image from the "desktop" is disappeard but i don't know how please write me a e-mail and tell me what to do!I am sure that i must reset my mobile phone but I don't know how. Good radio signal, excellent sound, looks good enough for me, usefull features: a good phone!
PS: NiMH battery though sucks! works good for 1 - 2 years, then you can throw it away!

do not buy this telephone. it is beautiful and cheap and not hard to learn how to use but extraordinarily user-unfriendly. so many clicks to send a SMS or navigate the menu. if you do have the misfortune to own one find out how disable the automatic lock before you go mad

I've the alcatel one touch 311 and it doesn't really express me interms of features I can't even download ringtones or pictures but I really like it's size.

you can't get as many ringtones real easy with alcatel. unlike Nokia and Motorola.

I like the phone book memory, i think that the SMS memory should be grater, cuz it only has 9 SMS capability, and you have to delete each SMS one by one, I hate it....thatīs why I changed to nokia.
Great reception, bump resistance, but I hate so little SMS capability....
