cool phone...if u had a alcatel 311 u will like this phone !!!
it is the same like 311 but it have a color display ;)

Mirela - you may be right saying that such cellphone (OT332) is ideal for kids. My 7-year old son, owned 1 about 2 yrs ago and commented on the model to be "awful" and "boring" (almost the same comments that're posted here). Why? Because he's after the games only. There he goes giving it to our maid (his yaya) instead. My maid (of 28 yrs of age) was very pleased to have it and has been using to date, mainly on texting messages (sms) . It in fact saved her from buying costlty phone cards just by calling abroad (particularly the Phils.)
To me, such model is in a way useful with all sorts of ages on various level of usages (so does other models).

if it's ur first phone let's say it's good...but it's so boring and the ringtones don't sound polyphonic.the wallpapers are for babys.it's too boring and u will look stupid with a phone like this.if ur 10 it's good but older than that no!so it isn't worth it!don't buy it!

i have this phone...but when i tried to go to WAP service, it says "connection error"..someone help me..btw..this phone is nice, light and somehow...stylish...

ALCATEL 332 is a very good product , ican find some options only on this marque it's small, and very easy to manipulate ,

I was really pissed about the ringtones too, but i found a site!!!
www.laiwa.nl, you can pic from a few different countrys, go to polyphonic ringtones and then choose alcatel (only the ringtones work you can not download screensavers or backgrounds)

I'm a bit dissapointed with the alcatel 332 my main annoyance is the fact that I cant download ring tones and fully customise my phone. If you know if I can do this and where I can any information would be greatly appreciated

Anybody from the Philippines please tell me the access point in WAP profile. I cannot access internet and therefore cannot download just because SMART don't know the access point the this phone is access in setting up the WAP PROFILE. Please help. Thanks.

I am so upset i would like colour logs but all the thing say my phone is not right for it i buy it because of poly ringtones and colour pics and i caunt download thing that suck.

Very nice, affordable phone, it0s perfect for young ones with a tight budget or ppl who wants cheap and fucional mobile phone, the only flaws are:
-the browser (i couldn`t enter wap.mundok.net or wap.paginasmoviles.com.ar wich offer free poli tones)
-only space for 2 songs made by the composer
-the firmware bug
-lack of gprs

anyways i just bought it, and i LOVE it!!!! ^__^

I have just bought this phone and this is very good value for your money. This is really a price-quality phone. The picture display of this phone is better than the picture display of NOKIA 3200, 6610 and other expensive NOKIA Phones.

this phone doesn't have GPRS...and I dont think it can support ringtone downloads either.

In estonia it costs 42.- euro. I think itś cool fone. I higly recomende it. Battery lasts 7 days.
