it has 24-tone polyphony, while T310 has 32. of course it's a bit better.

Yeah!!! This phone is really good! I bought it a month ago. It's almost perfect. The display is fantabolous, the features, and all... Wow! This is probably the best in its class!
But...! I think the sound (MIDI) isn't really good. T310 is better.
But that's OK, I guess! Nothing's perfect except God. Hmm???

Is it possible to ajust OT535 to report calls(more than 1) from the same tel.No as different cals (or to report how many times this No calls me?)
I tested one. I make 3 calls, but OT535 reports just 1 missed call(the time was from the last one ).

very good hp..the best in its class(mobile-review.com). For alcatel 535/735 user in malaysia/singapore and around the world...do not worry about ringtone/wallpaper/animation...there's so much in wapsite and almost all is free..:-> there's a few wapsite for downlaad (tagtag.com,wap.google.com and seach for midi/nokia ringtone)It have true tone to!!(using pc data suite..download at alcatel site) Being alcatel 535 user make me proud..it better than other phone in its class. CLAPS FOR ALCATEL!!! OHYEAHHH..!!

I have one of these. And it totally amazes me in every aspects especially its bright colour screen. The OT 735 is already available in Indonesia a month ago and I have to say it's so much better than N7250 (w/o radio of course) but the price is only half of it. BIG THUMBS UP FOR ALCATEL...!!

werewolf! It is better tahn 7210 in almost everything. Display is better, sounds are better, has full mms, only thing what it doesn't know is java, and that stup radio. And I haven't said it costs about the half of the 7210. Janki! You can't send pics or sounds to another mobile via infra-red port (it works with the pc-suit), but you should wait for the 735 with the integrated camera. It'll be avaliable in Hungary in the very beginning of 2004. Ask Westel or Vodafone. No, joust Westel, those Vodafone guys are haven't got a clue of anything. :) I'm Hungarian, too.

Hi,I want to buy this phone to my girlfriend, but I don't know if my phone (SE T610) is compatible by this in case of infrared port. So if I want to send her a picture, can she get it by infra. It is so important...Because this phone has no camera...

It has 700 kb memory, but you can delete the games and everything except the stuff needed to the athmospheres. You'll get about 1 MB. It can store about 200 sms, and one mms can't be bigger than 50 kb.

There's no specific number, it depends of the free memory you have, the size of MMS, and much more stuff.

But you do to need it to send polyphonic ringtones. Youst think about it logically: A SMALL polyphonic ringtone is about ~ 4 kb. You want to send it by sms??? You need 3 sms to send a small monochrom Nokia picture message, and one for a 32x32 picture or a small monophonic tune via Ems. It'd take HOURS and lots of money to send poly sounds by sms...

The 512 doesn't have MMS, and it only has 8-tones poliphony instead of 24. So don't dream about it...

You can download the pc-suite free and legal from http://www.my-onetouch.com/wor...35/specs/pc/ And you don't need the cable, an infra-red port costs about the same, and you can use it for lots of other stuff.
