thx guys for sending all the needed info regarding this phone.alwiz wondered how to send pix or get .midi songs to my hp.thx to JC. i found my solution.bought IrDA 2day and now i got no problem in sending the pix2my pc.b4 this it only can be done using GPRS.

It's a good phone he's got anything you nead at small price! what is missing from this phone is mp3 player and more memory and an better menu display!

It's good phone. Java games, i answer. We could with IRDA send java games! You mast have "mob time callphone Menager! I've got 5vdc 440ma but it's orginal, 18 dolars

IT'S THE WORST PHONE IN THE WORLD!!!1.Horiible memory..extremely poor image quality...extremely poor sound quality..night shots are impossible...the price is way 2 high for a piece of junk such as Alcatel 556...i've wasted money for a piece of garbage..DON'T BUY IT!!!!

It`s a good phone,I have a Irda cable i can copy and transfer the image,sound etc but the java games i don`t know how.Please can you help me?Do you know a site to download Java Games 4 Alcatel OT 556?

Very nice phone. Love it.
Some problems have occured, like once it turned itself off and stopped working and the other time the battery indicator was lying. Also, 2MB is a bit little. But overall I love it.
Too bad that most of the ringtones, logos and games are only for Nokia phones in my country, not much support Alcatel. :(
Also, I still cannot download the PC Suite, because I have trouble accessing the home page. Does anyone know any alternative? Thanks. :)
