who did try recently to software upgrade of alcatel OT-708 through USB with the aid of AMSU ? Today, to my consternation, In 45 sec at the 4th step AMSU it gave out the error: [COM4] Of error (2004): error of the installation of renovations If you please you will disconnect your telephone from the computer, will repeat and step 4! We recommend before the repeated attempt to extract the storage battery and to establish him anew for the complete reloading of telephone.
all over and over with the same error anyone out there can help me

I downloaded ebooks in the pdp format like it said it would take but it still says it is the wrong format. What do I have to do to get it to work?

PC Suite V6.3.20 already installed usb driver is ok all work fine except the software upgrade gives me error at the last stage ( error 2004 )Com4 error the phone recognized as alcatel modem i think its not the usb drive problem is there email to contact alcatel support im sending feedback to them and no one answer me now im so disappointed about alcatel support ill think ill return that phone back and go for samsung star.

hi guys im trying to upgrade this phone with AMSU 4.0.1.3 but i got error on the 3rd and 4th stage ( com4 error )and wont complete the upgrade anyone knows how to upgrade this phone .

This a great little phone i love it hey an i phone its not but for 40 quid what do you want,my first one i bought froze on idle interface mode after 3 days but was replaced no problem by car-phone warehouse I've had it now for a week and love it great phone 10 out of 10

can somebody help me? Have buy the OT-708 One Touch MINI ,willes uses. About input of the pin, it asks me after the network - code ? What can I do there ?
