i just had this fone nt less dan a week n the kind of problem am having with des forn is just too much for me what kind of fone is des too bad it should be out of the system.

I have had this phone for just under a year and although it doesn't have all the key gadgets or applications a phone is a phone and it does it's job perfectly. If you want a phone with all the latest gadgets then this isn't the phone for you, but if you want one that has the basics (camera, calender, bluetooth etc) then this is the phone! I love it :)

dont buy this phone if you want to use it for a long time. screen stops working after awhile.

I cant receive picture messages unless I download them. I'm on pay-as-you-go and do not want to connect to the internet each time someone sends me a pic.

I've only had the phone since late May early August of this year and already the phone has stopped working! The screen no longer responds to touch even though it is a touch screen. I did what the manual suggested and tried to recalibrate the screen; but this is useless since the screen isn't responding to my touch! Tomorrow I'm getting a new phone, this phone isn't what I expected at all.

When texting, the OK/Send button is too close to the caps lock key. I've managed to send several half-finished messages because of this. You have to touch the screen several times to get the correct letter. This phone is NOT user friendly. I am just waiting to get rid of it!

i had it for 8 months till now

lately the buttons 1,2&3 on the touch screen STOPPED responding which make the phone useless
otherwise it has a very good value for money!!

I've not even had mine a year and the 2 button doesn't work at all and that mean a, b and c don't work either and am I right in thinking that those buttons are firly important buttons? Rubbish! Now I am gonna have to tackle the folks at Carphone warehouse which I have heard are rubbish in customer service! Great!
