yes u can brian. go to my images, select the picture u want to be your wallpaper then set it to main screen.

hi, i like it very much. specially the design and the colour.
i want to ask about OT735, can this phone make a wallpaper with our picture ? u know what i mean ?

i just bought this phone last month, it's a very good product by alcatel i think. but now i confuse about how many message can it saved. coz it only stores about 20 messages neither in sim nor product storage. tx

well you can fix them with photoshop, and another thing, the photos in night mode are actually pretty good, it looks like day time, but the view finder gets a bit slow

i think its a good phone but the picture quality isnt very good as the pics are not clear, the camera gets only 4/10 for me so if you are buying it mainly for the camera, id advise you not to

for dimondus (where is the jave software ?)the phone is realy sucks without it (too bad in vodafone live without that)

Well, it has two speakers for better sound quality: one in the back for the hands-free mode and the melodies, and one for normal conversations. So it has no problems with sound quality. Every other functions can be compared to more popular bands, and the Alcatel usually wins the match.

hi evry1!Im after this ph but i need this q to b answered b4 buying it. My dad bought alcatel ph but the sound was not very clear when using it. Does this phone have any problem when calling? or similar quality of functions as nokia or samsung?

Have you heard any rumors about a 735 "Second Edition" (736?) with Java support?

no the camera is very bad even in any time
and the color is very poor ,but the phone is very nice only camera that i didn't like it

Yeah, you can do everything with the infra and the software. But you can't download pictures or ringtones from another phone (that function's blocked).

I have a question for you: Is it possible to upload/download pictures through the infra port? Is the infra port able to do everything that the USB data cable does? THX

It's not official yet. http://www.mobile-review.com/r...736/pic1.jpg You can view 5 more pics by changing the number in the file name: pic2.jpg, pic 3 jpg, etc. And you can't download games from the net, only from Wap even in 736. :( A software update will be avaliable for the older ones, cus only the sw had changed. But don't become mad at me if it's not 100 % true, there's nothing about it in the official site. :)
