This is by far the worst handset I have ever bought. Unreliable. It pocket-dials random contacts when I am doing nothing. The voice dialing is totally unusable. The alarm goes off randomly and cannot be silenced. The camera is unusable. The instruction book is unintelligible. Never again, Alcatel.

This phone looked pretty and handy when I first bought it but with time my programs have started failing and the keyboard is barely eligible.I have been to shops to buy spares but I can't trace them.What help can you offer?email address is hadassahdyner@rocketmail.com.Please help

Does anyone know a price or where to buy it. I have been looking for 2 yeara because one day I lost it. All I can find is 10 notes and 3 coloured in which is low, but not specific.

Nice phone but it has one major problem. The keypad wears out very quickly with use. If you text very often, it won't last more than a dew months. The letters on mine are barely legible.

to me this is one dissapointing phone..it will not play videos, its not compatible with most basic applications, poor quality sound misic....i lost my cash purchasing this fake phone....

My alarm clock sometimes won't go off in the morning, and other times it does. I set it by going on to the main menu,tools, selecting an alarm, I then set the time, make sure it's repeated on the appropriate days and that the snooze is on default, and that it's set to ring & vibrate. Is there something other than that I'm doing wrong that causes it not to ring some days or should I take it to a store and ask? It's so annoying not knowing if I'll wake up on time the following morning.
