Change the web 1 to web2 in both boxes and turn poxy off. and you can now view youtube videos, some videos are high def and those are the ones your gonna have problems viewing and you will get an resolution error, hope this helps.

i buy this mobile now
i was have e71 and i lose it ((
but when i use this 0t 800 i not believe how much so easy and simple with great keys and reslution amazing and sounds better than nokia
i buy it 110$ from egypt cairo
in this price it is the best mobile ever
sure if i have more money soon i will buy e72
until that this is my mobile and i will never sale or lose it

hi all
alcatel recently added the "ALCATEL MOBILE SOFTWARE UPDATE" tool on the downloads section , did any of you tried to update his mobile phone with the tool specially that it is not easy, also what does a new firmware add to the phone ?

i got the phone
it is such a breathe , fast , well drawn menus and the sound is amazing i cant even speak about it and really improved java performance over the last alcatel models it runs operamini perfectly and fast but i got only one problem i can figure out how to watch youtube videos , the phone tells me either connection failed of invalid resolution but i guess the problem is the streaming settings.
anyway thank you alcatel for this great phone and hope you come up with the best

why doesnt it have gps? it would be a million times better.i tried to download apps for it but it said something about disk being full.somebody help.im going to sandiego from illinois next week and i need a gps system

I got this phone 2 weeks ago and I'm LOVING it! It has so much more than any other phone in this price range. very easy to navigate and so easy to browse the web and text. way over exceeded all expectations. would get it again in a heart beat.

in indonesia, ALCATEL OT-800 be a VENERA voyager V1, i don't understand with that, but the prize is very very low...just $109

It is mostly available in Europe at T-mobile shops under the T-mobile vairy text name. Price is 85 Euro's.
