THE worst phone i have EVER had! i have been through 3 phones in two weeks and then ti only takes half a charge i would not reccomend this phone to ANYONE!!!

There are some video formats which cannot be viewed. In fact, there are some 3GP files which dont open as well. Can someone please clarify the video format this model supports and if there are any downloadable java apps to view other formats on this model. Thanks.

Anybody who have been able to upgrade firmware successfully. i upgraded using ONE TOUCH UPGRADE and it freezes and restarts every time i power on..i will appreciate

why can i not download using my alcatel ot 806. even viewing a photo in fullsize is a problem. was the phone a trial edition. let me know wat i can do.

i have an alcatel 0t 806 handset but the battery spoiled i leave in nairobi kenya i have searched the battery for a whole year with no avail. how can i get the battery here in kenya and were exactly since am in love with your phone and i don't want to use another phone help me please

Mine is set at 8000, and works fine. I'm not sure, but I believe that the lower value requires greater pressure (even if it is against logic). Hope it works glhf

Ps. don't listen to the guy saying you need to press it with nail. works just fine with thumbs =)
