Call your provider and give them your IMEI number and they will give you unlocking code for free. I have recently done it with virgin.

I brought a Alcatel one touch 900 less then a week ago and am having trouble connecting to the internet, I have done everything what my provider as instructed me to do and still can not connect.... could you please help????
