You can't do anything but going to a service and tell the proffesionists to unlock it.

1.Go launcher & other app is running very slow in this phone. 2.very bad camera/shutter sound. 3.internal memory 150mb but user available 80mb. 4. Battery is too bad ,3hr/4hr continue use this phone. 5. Brightness is low. 6. Sometime download problem. 7. Please please don't buy.

Rooting Procedure
*Extract the files into one folder for convinience (Ignore any errors)
*Install the Alcatel divers from the extracted directory
*Make sure your phone battery is full and turn off your phone adn connect it via USB
*Run the flashtool. Select options>USB mode
Click on the scatter loading file. Choose the scatter file from the extracted directory
*Check the recovery button and locate the recovery image from the extracted directory
*Ensure nothing else is checked
*Click on the download button and wait for some time as the custom recovery is installed
*After the procees is complete, you will get a "Download Ok" dialog box
*Disconnect your device and press volume up and power at the same time
*Select "Flash from SD" adn choose Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip
*Confirm the update and after its done reboot your phone
EVERYTHING IS DONE, YOUR PHONE IS NOW ROOTED!!!

> In reply to dafflebwoy @ 2013-04-14 16:01 from NsYL - click to readfirst thing u have to do is make a nandroid backup of ur current rom just in case...partition ur sd card...root ur device and install clockworkmod recovery from there install a custom rom...install "andread 3.2 i2e" rom flash it via cwm recovery and reboot...u will see that ur internal memory has increase,if u have 2gb sd card make ur ext2 partition 512mb and if u have 4gb make ur ext2 partition to 1gb.
