No, the One Touch OT-995 Ultra dose not have Gorilla Glass. Jest regular glass. My advice is to use protected plastic screen protector, and to BABY YOUR PHONE FROM ANY DAMAGES and SCRATCHES as I am doing, as I want my ph to last a good long time. As to the memory problem, look up on your manual to go to the SD MEMORY CARD to put more stuff on it. Each carrier has different methods to doing that. But it dose work. My Alcatel One Touch OT-995 Ultra, is such a dream of a smartphone to use for me. I don't ask of it more then it should be doing for me. For it's good price, this PH deserves babying......:•)

my alcatel ot995 cant start the One Touch Louncher cause of lack of memory thats what shows when i want to turn on the phone isnt supposed to have resereved memory for that action so one touch launcher can login ? and what i can do about it ?

its RAM is 512 Mb n ROM is 2GB . Available RAM is 300 Mb. Like if u check your computer's Hard Drive or any storage media , Available memoary is noT that written on it. suppose you have 80 GB hard drive in computer nearly 76 Gb would be available for use. Same is the case of RAM and ROM here and in every fone.
