Hey, is there any way to send the SMSs to the pc or somethin? I have TONS of important messages n my "archives" folder, and it doesnt let me receive many messages, i need to save the archived messages, but if it doesnt let the phone receive new messages, its not great at all

bartholomew, sam, Victor, just reset your phone and everything will work fine. Just type ###847# and press Yes when prompted. If in case ###847# don't work, just type ###337*07# - master reset (with SIM).

i activate the phone security then my phone wont turn on,everytime i switch it on it just display the alcatel logo then it switch off, what must i do so i can use it again

This is a bad cellphone. Don't buy it, or else you'll regret. Bought this for Php6500 but now you can buy it at Php2000+. Did the distributor felt the less-demand of this phone. But still, don't buy this one. Never!

i buy this kind of unit alcatel c552 last month but after a few days i have a problem to this phone it is easy to battery low, thats why i buy new batery after a few days again i have problem again,i cant receive any calls at all it is ringing but when you answer the caller is lost, what can i do for this prolem

the capacity of the inbox (for sms) is based on how many message which your sim card can be stored (i used to have a sim cards which can only store 10 sms)
###847# is working on my phone
there is also an option to delete all messages for both inbox and outbox.
maybe you should check your sim card in an other mobile - to see if all messages are deleted and also check capacity

Is there any other way to restore the factory settings? ###847# doesn't work... I also have some problems with the messages... Now my inbox can store up to 7 messages only from the 30+ messages (courtesy of SIM memory). My sent items can only store 3 messages unlike before when it can store to almost 300 messages... How can I resolve this?
