anyone can help me about the unit. it will restart by itself.its just like a computer, after a hang up, it will automatically restart and sometiomes w/o a reason. pls give me a n advice.the phone also is very slow in responding. how can i make a good maintenance or extra care of my fon?

looks and design is very much ok, features ok but the unit that i purchased is not normal in performance. i am very much confused on the settings. the clock will not display when the phone is not use (stand by).it will restart by itself.very poor in responding. it takes a lot of time in opening or transferring from one service to another.charging indicator is confusing. it doesnt work. fyi.... pls advise! how

is this fone 2 big??? AND how many pics. fit in the memory? (if its in high resolution)but over all its a good fone, right?

I've been given one of these as a work phone and am very impressed with the features. I have been able to record ringtones and download to phone via the infrared port. Even transfer them to a friends phone of the same make. Camera's good for emergencies, but not for everyday photos. Also good for assigning pictures against phonebook entries so when they ring their pic comes up. I would consider buying one for personal use if I could find an outlet to purchase them. Does anyone know where in Sydney Australia these can be purchased? nejaro@tpg.com.au

bought one about a month ago.picture quality (high setting) is comparable to that of nokia. cool features like video ringtone, video/voice recorder,etc. nice midi and wav tones too.but the only problem is i find the phone slow.
overall, the fone is good. great value for money. bought this one for 6,400 philippine peso (about $120 us dollars).

I just bought it but I am having this nasty problem:My display goes black after a short inactivity period. It is not the saving energy settings since I have configured to show date and time. I hope this is not a design fault. Does anybody how to solve this?, the support website for alcatel y down completely.
