Alcatel C560 is not a good cellphone because many problems found in this type of cellphone. I will not buy anymore alcatel cellphone.

You can't control the volumen, and the volumen is very low, so if you are in a noisy place, you have problem hearing.
It has small capacity for text messaging storage capacity. You can't receive more message once the storage is full.
Finally, dropped calls due to weak signal.

well, this one doesnt really have an infrared port thats the reason why it was sold for a very low cost! they mistakenly indicated on the its package that this has an infrared on it, but the truth theres none...

it a good fon, its display and a its call features are ok. just a bit slow in retrieving from its folders the sms and mms, also its takes some more time do the texting. but, totally its elegant.

this phone is not triband and it don't have infrared port better read the manual rather than depending on this website for information
