I just wanna ask how to activate GPRS and download games from the internet.. I'm actually a Filipina and I'm a SMART subscriber.. Hey, other Filipinos out there, could you help me? When I called the SMART free hotline, they said that this phone is supported with GPRS.. but it's not!

under tips & tool,pc suites, select OT-651 model, copy the address paste it on browser and click enter.

pros: lightweight, stylish,
cons: hard to configure internet gprs settings, can't use the wap/gprs, no automatic clock setting, backcover too hard too open, very poor picture quality, like a disposable phone....what else? can't contact customer service here in usa...

To zif: You need the Alcatel Mobile Phones PC Suite 3 in order to use it. If you stil don't have it, I'll try to locate it for you cause I've used it on my laptop. Just give me a reply here (not on my email).

Does anyone here know where to buy a high capacity battery for this C651? The package comes with a 650mAH. I am looking for something around 900mAH. By the way, you can transfer pictures and tones via infra red even without the pc suit. Other than the battery, it's a good phone.
