I have a question about this phone. It includes a built in mp3 player but I can't figure out how to transfer the music from my computer to my cell phone. i'm not very good with this stuff and it's driving me crazy. Also the PC suite was included but my computer will not read the disc for some reason. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

Alcatel has a PC suite in the works which is compatible with Vista and they are working on several other patches too. The best way for now would be for you to get a memory card reader (or buy a usb adapter for the memory card).

Is a cool phone with all the "new" features an is cheap for having music player and Bluetooth. I love the design closed, open is very old fashion. And abput the themes the menus could be more sophisticated, but is easy to use! and is cool that has PC connection and includes in the Box all the software and data cable

I have just bought it, I have no complaint at the momento its sound is good, and expansion card, and video. good display, easy to use.

I have one but the problem is its voice so low
not like nokia or sonyarikson or semense.
elite eligante beutifal and very good in other thigs.
i changed the speaker after one month.
good chois for egyptions.

Vista is sadly not suported (yet), but a card reader and place the files you want on your memory card through that, that will work fine! Card readers are really cheap now, they come as small key ring sized devices (almost like a usb stick) for under 10 €.

Great phone it states you can play mp3 songs when the phone is in its closed position by using the external buttons but I can only play the one song how do you get it to proceed to the next song automatically manual does not seem to mention this setup

Please,people tell me did you get earphones with 3,5mm jack with phone?I seen on internet some pictures of black c701 with earphones and there is 3,5mm jack,and i can read "music mobile by alcatel" on them!?I have blue c701 and i get simple earphones without 3,5mm jack!And here in Montenegro i cant find to buy earphones with 3,5mm jack.Please answer me!AND SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH!

yes i turn up volum but its stil low!when i talk i can hear myself!my friend alsow have this phone and its same!i cant compare it with my mp3 player this is very low comparing to mp3!do you have 3,5mm jack on your earpones i dont have it!sorry for my english,i hope you understand me?
