just wondering how to enter a unlocking code for an alcatel? when i have my unlocking code...what do i need to do on a alcatel phone to enter the unlocking code?

Try to reset your phone by typing ###847#.
Loading music into this phone is so simple with the following options:
1) Connect your phone to your pc via usb cable provided then copy and paste the mp3s from your pc to your phone.
2) Use a card reader then copy and paste the mp3s from pc to phone.

It is a wonderful cell-phone but now I have problems with it, I need to know if someone has the basic software to reload it, because it was fail, when I try to turn on the phone never become up, in middle of the process it is torn off. Please, if you have the solution I will be grateful for it very much.

I must say I was pretty disappointed with this phone...
Display is horrible, it looks like it is 5 years old (even though spec. are ok, reality shows different picture!). As well the phone is slow and too complicated. Since it does not have a lot of features it should be simple and user-friendly.
We have a lot of problems with this phone in my company (i work at a mobile operator and unfortunately we decided to sell this device. Well, that was a bed decision!
Hope I did not hurt your feelings :), I'm just being realistic.
